*     CASH OR CHEQUE IS PREFERRED.  We do not accept post dated cheques.
*    Friday/Saturday nightly rate applies to all three nights on holiday weekends (Victoria Day and Thanksgiving weekends).
*    Nightly rate  is $200 a night if only staying one night
  • Check -in is at 3:00pm .  NO early check-ins.  Check-out is at 10:00am June 15 to September 15.  12 noon other times.
  • All rates in Canadian dollars.  U.S. dollar is at par.
  • All above rates are based on the number of persons shown. Two bedroom cottages can sleep 6 or 7. Sunset and Spruce can sleep 4. Additional charges for extra persons: $15 per night,  children aged 2 - 12 are half price, infants under 2 stay free.
  • Rates include all bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linens and towels - beach towels not included.
  • Use of canoes, pedal boats, kayaks and propane barbecues, free of charge to our guests.
  • We sell worms and fire wood pleas DO NOT bring your own fire wood.  It can spread harmfull bugs and disease.  Please click on this link for more info   Emerald Ash Borer.
  • Minimum booking in all accommodation: 2 nights in the spring, fall and winter, 3 nights for Victoria Day and Thanksgiving weekends, weekly only (Saturday to Saturday) June 23 - September 8.

  • 5 day boat and motor rental - $200
  • no charge launching or docking personal boats
Boat and Motor Rentals

  • Boat only: $30 per day, $90 per week, safety equipment included.
  • Boat and Motor:
    • $65 per day, $250 per week
    • 20 litres of gas and safety equipment included.
Guest Boat Docking and Launching

  • $5 per day, $30 per week.
  • Please do not bring personal water crafts (sea doos, jet skis), ATV's or dirt bikes.
All above rates subject to G.S.T. and P.S.T.
 
Cottage Reservation Deposits Required

  • $200 per week
  • $100 per weekend or part week
Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits will be refunded, less a $30 administration fee, if canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival, no exceptions. 
  • you will be charged in full if you do not cancel and do not show up
  • If you have more then 2 cottages reserved we will require a 60 day cancellation notice to have your deposit returned.
